Review of existing fleet safety programs

We also analyze maintenance programs and the make up of your fleet to determine if safety metrics and/or operational effectiveness are being effected.
  • Gap analysis - Conducting a systematic and often regularly scheduled review of your entire fleet program to objectively compare it to industry best practices.
  • Fleet observations - Our Trained safety specialists can conduct initial observations of fleets to identify losses, drivers and train supervisory staff on how to take over this program.
